Excellent products, which not only look great, last for ages (they are really long rolls). Delivered really quickly and Customer service is also excellent (thank you Ann!)

Was a little nervous using a recycled toilet paper but was really surprised with the quality and how soft this product is.
Only took a couple of days to arrive and the outer packaging raised a smile from the neighbours.

I choose not to subscribe because we have varying use levels due to varying family numbers but I am so impressed how quickly my orders are always delivered. The quality of the toilet paper is first class and as we display a sample of each wrapper in our loos our guests often remark on the humour. I love’em.

My first order from WGAC didn't get delivered, they sent out a replacement straight away. Then bizarrely the first delivery arrived a week later. I struggled to store 2 lots of rolls, but managed it and love the quality. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

I’ve been ordering from Who gives a Crap for almost two years. I love the quality of the loo roll, which lasts longer than your average roll. I love the regular delivery which I’m in control of and I also love the partner company recommendations. I’m currently using shampoo and body bars. Basically I Love everything about this company. I’m always recommending and happy that I’m doing my bit to help the environment ?

I used this site for the first time and it was so easy. The delivery was very quick and quicker than expected. I have been purchasing bags of 72 rolls and each roll seemed to get smaller and as such did not last long. I was so amazed at how long it took before a roll was empty. The lack of plastic is pleasing. The paper covering each roll is great and looks great in the bathroom when stored.

I had wanted to try WGAC for some time but wasn’t sure where I would store so many toilet rolls. I bit the bullet and went for it. I have struggled to find homes for the rolls but I love this company so much. Fab quality products at a good price. Quick delivery. Even better is the good work the company does. Maybe do smaller boxes for people that don’t have the storage for so many toilet rolls.

Helpful customer service when a couple of items I ordered were not available for shipping to France- they advised on amended invoice and even gave me a discount - and the final order arrived really promptly

These rolls last ages which is testament to their quality. We get the bamboo ones which are like wiping your bum on clouds!

Great loo roll and very efficient delivery.
BUT I think the face tissues are not soft enough. Too rough for small children or anyone with a cold or whatever who needs to use lots.

I've been getting loo roll for a few years and now on the subscription service, I've also bought the tissues a few time. I buy the premium loo roll and recommend to everyone, it is a good quality thickness, the wrapping is attractive and looks really nice when out as spares. The tissues are also good quality and the boxes are again pretty.
Not only great products but peace of mind knowing you are purchasing from an ethical supplier and your money is going to do good. Win win!

The product is as good as ever, the big box came damaged and although I was in the delivery person went straight to my ‘if I’m out’ person…..just a minor irritation….beyond your control I suspect.

Very impressed. Ordered and delivered next day. I am very impressed by the quality - Soft, strong and very long representing excellent value and packaging looks great too. What more could you want? Most of the poor reviews relate to delivery issues which, to be fair, is an EVRI issue who are possibly the worst delivery company on the planet (our local EVRI guy excepted) which is outside the control of WGAC.
